30-Day Return PolicyWe are so confident that you will love our products that we've backed them with our 30 day return policy. 1. We will ship your product the same business day, depending on when we receive the order. (UPS is our primary shipping method. If we have to go to the Post Office with your package, it may be delayed a day or two. 2. We guarantee that once you've received your product and used it for 30 days, you will notice a positive shift in the way your body feels. And if, for any reason, you don't see this shift, just let us know within 30 days of your purchase and we'll give you a 100% refund on the product.
Customer Service and Returns PolicyWe at BestBuyMassagers want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are not sure about any of our products*, please feel free to place an order and try it out. If you aren't completely satisfied, just e-mail us at cs@bestbuymassagers.com and tell us you'd like to return your product. If it's within 30 days, we'll give you a full refund for the cost of the product! If you return a product that included free shipping, you will be charged for the original shipping costs. The following information will be required to process your Return Authorization Number Request:
- Date of Order
- Complete Name as it appears on your order
- Sales Receipt Number (Order number is helpful as well)
- Reason for Return
-We will issue the Return Authorization Number you need for your refund for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. This number needs to be placed on the ouside of the shipping box, as well as inside on a copy of your sales receipt. -Please take all precautions to keep the product, cords, warranty information, instruction books and packaging material in as new condition as possible during the 30-day guarantee period, as all of these items will be required for a quick and proper refund. We cannot give refunds for items that are not intact. -Any FREE items you received with your order need to be sent back along with your return. The RA number must be written on the outside of the return package for credit. We reserve the right to determine if an item is returnable. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Items returned without a Return Authorization number, or that are incomplete or damaged, will be subject to a 25% return fee. Due to shipping costs and voltage issues, we do extensive testing on all electrical products shipped overseas. You still have 30 days to try the product, but you will be responsible for shipping in both directions for any returns, no matter what the reason. Cancellation of any order is FREE, if we have not shipped your order. If your order has already been shipped, please follow our Returns Policy.
Note: All electric items, unless otherwise indicated, are suitable for 110V-120V usage in North America. If your country does not use 110-120V outlets, you must supply the adaptor or converter needed.
Shipping Information
International orders, email us for shipping costs.We can ship to virtually any address in the world from our offices in Oregon. However, special considerations apply for shipments to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations. US Mail shipping is the only option for APO and FPO addresses. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii, UPS will only ship Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or U.S. Postal Priority, which takes approximately the same time as UPS Ground: there is no UPS 3-day shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Items shipped to international destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by you at the time of importation. We have no control over import duties, taxes and tariffs, and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds or credits for shipping costs and items confiscated by customs. If a package is returned to us by your country's customs, you will be charged for the fees incurred for shipping it back to us. *Please be sure to type the correct address for your order. If the post office or UPS has to re-route your package to another address because of error, or by your request, you will be charged a fee of $10.
One and two-day shipping is limited to weekday delivery and street addresses; there are no weekend deliveries or deliveries to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for these options. When we offer free shipping on UPS Ground shipment, but you want a different (faster, more expensive, or Priority Mail) option, you will pay the full price of the shipping option you prefer. For all orders without backordered items placed online by 2:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, the order will ship out the same day. All orders placed after 2:00 pm will ship out the next business day. Note: We do not ship orders for weekend delivery, so when calculating arrival time, refer to the above deadlines and use only business days in your calculation.
Note: We cannot guarantee that US Mail shipments will go out within 24 hours. While we strive to get each order out as quickly as possible, our preferred method of shipment is via UPS. * 3-Day Select and Ground shipping is not guaranteed to residential addresses.
